March 1 (Tuesday)

Note: As with last month you will be eating beef and salads, chicken and salads, and fish and salads as your lunch on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. This is to reinforce in your thinking that these meals are the very essence of the low-carb diet. The beef, chicken, and fish can be in any form – as long as they do not have a breaded coating.

Lunch: Steak or (hamburger patty) and salad with low carb veggies. Be sure and use a low-carb salad dressing!

Dinner: Scrambled Eggs and Bacon (No toast – but a chaffle is allowed)

 

March 2 (Wednesday)

March 3 (Thursday)

Lunch: Keto Lasagna with any low-carb vegetable

Lunch: Chicken Bacon Ranch Casserole, and a salad

Dinner: 2 (or 3) boiled eggs, 1/2 of green pepper cut in slivers (dip in ranch dressing), 5 strawberries

Dessert: Keto Peanut Butter Bar

March 6 (Sunday)

Lunch: Chicken Bacon Ranch Casserole, and a salad

Dinner: 2 (or 3) boiled eggs, 1/2 of green pepper in slivers (dip in ranch dressing), 5 strawberries

March 7 (Monday)

Carnivore Day – All meats allowed, but no breaded coating (no fried chicken, chicken-fried steak, etc.)

 

March 8 (Tuesday)

Lunch: Fish and a salad (no breaded coating on the fish – fry or bake)

Dinner: Omelet (feel free to add spinach, sausage, tomato pieces, green peppers, or any other low-carb veggies)

Lunch: Chocolate or Regular pancakes, 2 sausage patties or links, avocado

Dinner: Cereal (made of coconut chips, almond slices, unsweetened shredded coconut, walnuts) plus slice of cheese

March 11 (Friday)

Lunch: Chocolate or Regular pancakes, 2 sausage patties or links, avocado

Dinner: Cereal (made of coconut chips, almond slices, unsweetened shredded coconut, walnuts) plus slice of cheese

A major part of Spirit of Grace Ministries is our ministry in the great continent of Africa. There is a tremendous harvest going on in the world these days, and we are privileged to be a part of it.
