#4 Test Your Blood Sugar
Testing your glucose will be an important componenent of this challenge.
Testing your blood sugar will be an important feature of this challenge to become non-diabetic in 4 months. There will be two types of blood sugar tests you will be asked to do each week, and one A1c type test you will do once each month, based on 5 glucose tests done in one day.
Each week you will be asked to do at least 2 post-meal tests and 3 fasting glucose tests. Feel free to do more than this if you like, but I would ask all participants to do at least this much testing.
The exception would be: if you cannot afford the strips or if you live in a village where test strips are impossible to obtain, then, of course, just do as much as you can.
